Into life

We are springing into life as the sun begins shining

All winter long inside by the fireside we have been hiding

Now that spring began bursting into a new beginning

In our steps we put some pep and into life we are springing

It feels wonderful feeling the warmth of the sun shining

Winter is retreating like a shadow into the background

How quickly it’s fading soon only a memory it will remain

With anticipation we are basking in spring’s sunshine

We are springing into life as the sun begins shining

It’s a new beginning now that spring finally began bursting

In our steps we put some pep and into life we are springing

It feels wonderful feeling the warmth of the sun on our faces

Like a mirage into the distance quietly winter’s fading

Spring is blooming as beautifully as a rose unfolding

We are basking in spring and summer we are anticipating

Into life we are springing as spring is beginning

We are springing into life smiling dancing singing laughing

Oh what a lively feeling we are springing into life

Chin up Put on a winning face erase that frown

No reason to go around looking so glum

Why are you thinking of quitting the race

Change your face the race can still be won

Chin up Put on a winning face that frown turn it upside down

Smile think of holding that trophy in your hands

At the moment you may be down you are not yet out

Chin up buckle down and get it done

Aimlessness and illusions no longer chase

Choose an objective and fix your eyes on your target

With a winning face your target you will hit

Chin up Put on a winning face it is somewhere around

Find it wherever it has been misplaced

Without a winning face you have already forfeited the race

Claim first place change your attitude put on a winning face

Put on a winning face make haste

So what if you are way down in the bottom of the eight

In the ninth if you want you can hit a home run

Put on a winning face head for home plate

Don’t keep your face in that state

Right now do it, put on a winning face

From your face evert trace of a loser eliminate

Dinner by candlelight with an abundance of wine

It’s a time of our lives that will never leave my mind

You looked angelic charming beautiful so relaxed

I can tell you enjoyed those holidays to the max

I am planning another holiday to see the happiness in your eyes

Don’t ask me when because I want it to be another surprise

On our holidays in wine country

You were happy go lucky you were so carefree

All of our responsibility we left in the city for fun in the country

Makes me very happy spending holidays with you in wine country

It’s such a joy being on holidays especially in wine country

The vineyard tours the dinners and wine by candlelight

The pace of life breezy like a stream in a meadow flowing freely

It’s wonderful spending our holidays in wine country
